Exec. Chef Bonsey Goes Back to School - Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School
Whether you are a novice or an experienced cook, we invite you to join Executive Chef Gerry Bonsey on October 15th (Foods of New England) and Chef Brad Miller on October 8th (Comfort Foods With A Twist) and November 12th (Thanksgiving: Things That Make You Go, mmmmm!) as they demonstrate their culinary talents at Stonewall Kitchen’s cooking school. If you love to cook, like to have fun in the kitchen, or consider yourself a “foodie”, we’re sure you’ll have a great time! The Cooking School is a high tech, state-of-the-art facility located at the famous retailer’s flagship company store here in York on Route 1.

Stonewall Kitchen has brought together local, regional, and nationally known culinary professionals to share and demonstrate their talents. Along with your demonstration you also get to eat the fruits of their labor and go home knowing how to recreate many fine recipes.

Popular topics include: Ethnic cuisine, basic cooking and baking techniques, essential prep skills and sophisticated wine tasting events.

Besides Chefs Bonsey and Miller, other notable culinarians currently scheduled are: Nolden Johnson, private caterer and Lead Chef at Williams-Sonoma, Pierre Gignac, owner, 98 Provence restaurant in Ogunquit, and Mary Ann Esposito, author/TV host of Ciao Italia.
