Exec. Chef Bonsey Appears at the New Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School
We are excited to announce that our own head chef of 26 years, Chef Gerald Bonsey, will be heading up a new culinary activity on October 16 & 17, 2008 that you will not want to miss! It’s the Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School and if you love to cook, just eat, or have fun, we’re sure you’ll have a great time! The Cooking School is a high tech, state-of-the-art facility located at the famous retailer’s flagship company store here in York on Rt. 1.

Stonewall Kitchen has brought together local, regional and nationally known culinary professionals to share and demonstrate their talents for you. After being served a fabulous menu in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, you’ll go home knowing how to recreate many fine recipes with newly learned prep and cooking skills. Complete Cooking School and Lodging Packages are available in partnership with York Harbor Inn.

Gerry has a wealth of experience in culinary demonstrations recently appearing at The Balsams Hotel in Dixville Notch, NH as a featured chef in their Visiting Chefs Series. He is a graduate of the Johnson and Wales culinary program and earned many awards and accreditations within the American Culinary Federation, including Certified Working Chef, Certified Executive Chef, Chef of the Year and admission into the highly esteemed American Academy of Chefs- the honor society of the American Culinary Federation.
