Information & Services
 Check-in time is 2:30PM and check-out time is 11AM.
The York Harbor Inn is a non-smoking facility.
No pets please.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
A deposit is required to confirm reservations.
Deposit Requirements:
 One
night stays - prepayment in full
Two
or more nights stays - 50% deposit is due
All deposits are fully refundable
(less a $20 administrative fee) until 15 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival, all
deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to depart prior to
your scheduled departure date, an early departure fee will be
assessed.
 Credit Cards:
Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Diners Club. Credit card numbers given to
confirm reservations will be processed the day the reservation
is taken. Credit card imprints are required on arrival.
Packages: All packages are quoted per package per stay (based
upon double occupancy). 7% Maine state rooms and meals tax and
service charges are NOT included in packages. Innkeepers package
not available Mon., Tues., & Wed. nights January to mid-May.
Sorry, no package substitutions.
Minimum Stays and Holiday Restrictions: Surcharges, minimum
stays and/or package only options will be applicable on most
weekends, holiday periods, and/or special events. Two night
minimum required on weekends in the Spring, Fall & Summer
Seasons and 3-night minimum during most holiday weekends.
 Additional Persons: There is a $20 per person per night charge
for 3rd and 4th persons in a room*. Maximum 4 persons per room.
*Some smaller rooms can only accommodate 2 people.
Rollaway Beds & Cribs: Rollaways & cribs are available with
advance notice for $20 per night.
All rates subject to change without notice.
Wireless
Internet Access - Available through out the Inn
Newspapers
- Newspapers and magazines are available for your pleasure.
 When
you are finished, please leave them for others to enjoy.
Individual copies are available at the front desk.
Beach Mats and Towels - Mats
and towels are available at
the desk. Please try to leave most of the sand at the beach and
return the mats and towels to
the desk at the end of the day.
Hot Tub - Located outside
and in the rear of our "Yorkshire House" - 102 degrees all year
long. Bring your suits!
Public Telephones -
Telephones are located in the Cellar Pub and in the main
building near the restrooms.
Fax Machine - Our fax is
available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, for a nominal fee.
Please bring your materials to the front desk.
Photocopies - Our
photocopier is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, for
a nominal fee. Please bring your materials to the front desk.
Kiwanis - Kiwanis meets for
dinner every Thursday at 7:00pm.
Rotary - Rotary meets for
breakfast every Friday at 7:15am.
