transaction information, credit card
information, and date of birth when you:

trade, or sell this information to any other

Occasionally, we provide links on our web

independently of York Harbor Inn and may or

Security Policy
We maintain data you provide us with a
record of your purchases in a secure
database.
We use encryption technology to ensure the
secure transmission of any personal
information you provide while utilizing our
shopping cart. All transactions at our site
are conducted using 128-bit Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL) encryption. You can determine
when you’re sending data securely by looking
at the web address (URL) in your browser
window: the first few letters will change
from “http” to “https” when you are
transmitting information protected by SSL
encryption. The “s” in “https” stands for
“secure.”
Occasionally, we may use customer
information for unanticipated uses not
previously disclosed in our privacy notice.
If our policies change, we will post these
changes on our web site. We encourage you to
review our privacy policy periodically.
Refund and Returns Policy
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction for
all products, items, and services we
provide. If you would like to return an item
or are not completely satisfied with a
product or service, please contact us at
207-363-5119 ext. 142 or email
customerservice@yorkharborinn.com to receive
a Return Authorization Number. Returned
items, in original condition, must be
received within 45 days of the original
shipping date and be accompanied by a copy
of the original sales receipt. We do not
refund shipping charges. In the case of
credit card purchases, all refunds will be
credited to the credit card account
originally used for the purchase.
Shipping and Handling Costs
We ship via U.S. Postal Service, United
Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEX)
to anywhere in the Continental United
States. Your order will be processed within
three to five business days. You will
receive an email when your order is shipped.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Credit Card
authorization and verification must be
received prior to processing. If you require
express, overnight or 2 day delivery, please
call us at 207-363-5119 ext. 142.
