  Guests check in anytime after 2:30 PM
  6:30 PM – Welcome Reception with Michelle Merrill
  7:00 – 10:00 PM – Champagne Toast, Hors d’oeuvres, Dessert and Dance Instruction (hors d’oeuvres will be from banquet menu allowing Bride & Groom to try the items available to them)
  Overnight Accommodations

Saturday, April 3, 2011
  7:30 – 9:30 AM – Continental Breakfast
  12:00 – 1:00 PM – Banquet Services, Concierge Services and Wedding Party Gift Show. We will show samples of linens, napkin folds, area recommendations, vendor information and this will be a question and answer time for the brides and grooms
  1:00 – 3:00 PM – Dance Instruction by Ben Taylor
  6:30 – 10:30 PM – Gala Dinner Dance with a full dinner buffet (again allowing B&G to sample our banquet menu). This gala is also open to the public, we will hire a live band allowing B&G to continue to practice dancing. Last year – we had over 50 people!
