Greetings from York Harbor!

We’ve had a wonderful Summer in Southern Maine- so sunny and warm. It has been one of the best in recent years. The long term forecast for our region predicts more beautiful weather through late Summer and Fall. September and October is the best time of year to visit the Seacoast. Though still busy, our region slows down to a more relaxed and comfortable pace. It is an exceptionally beautiful and peaceful time.

As many of you know, we are always busy renovating, updating and improving our properties to make our guest’s experience all the better. 2022 has been no different. We have continued to update bathrooms and guestrooms.

Of particular note is Room 16 located in the Yorkshire House adjacent to the Main Inn. We have recently completed renovations and it is now much larger with a King bed, new furnishings, spa tub and new windows overlooking our latest project- The Yorkshire House Atrium featuring a large in ground hot tub, fire table, and outside patio and lounge. We hope to have the Yorkshire Atrium project finished by late 2022.  

At our Chapman cottage room 605 has a brand new bathroom with air jet spa tub.  See more of our newest renovations on our website and follow us on Instagram @yorkharborinn for more YHI news and events.
