Reservation Information & Services
To make a reservation at any of the Inn’s lodging buildings, please call 800-343-3869, press 1 at the first prompt, and you will be connected directly to an Inn Reservationist at our Front Desk. Online availability can be checked and reservation requests can be made directly from our Web Site. Please note that we recommend calling direct using the toll free number for the most accurate and up to date room availability, RATES and room descriptions.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

The York Harbor Inn is a non-smoking facility.
All Guest Rooms offer private, attached bathrooms.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: A deposit is required to confirm reservations.
Deposit Requirements:
- One night stays – prepayment in full
- Two or more nights stays – 50% deposit is due
All deposits are fully refundable (less a $50 administrative fee) until 15 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival, all deposits are refunded in the form of YHI gift certificate less the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to arrival are responsible for the first night plus tax, and any additional deposit will be refunded via YHI gift certificate. Should you need to depart prior to your scheduled departure date, an early departure fee will be assessed.
ADA Compliant Rooms are available. Please call our front desk at 1-800-343-3869 for more information. You can also select one of our (2) ADA compliant rooms online, however please make sure to read the description in full.
Credit Cards: Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover. Credit card numbers given to confirm reservations will be processed the day the reservation is taken. Email Confirmations will be sent immediately.
Packages: All packages are quoted per package per stay (based upon double occupancy). Current Maine state rooms and meals tax and service charges are NOT included in packages.
Minimum Stays and Holiday Restrictions: 2 or 3 night minimum stays may be applicable on certain weekends, holiday periods, and/or special events.
Additional Persons: There is a $20 per person per night charge for 3rd and 4th persons in a room*. Maximum 4 persons per room. *Some smaller rooms can only accommodate 2 people.
Rollaway Beds & Pack n’ Play Cribs: Rollaway beds & cribs are available with advance notice for $20 per night.
Please note for safety and legal reasons, we ask that you supply your own Pack n’ Play sheets.

Wireless Internet Access – Available through out the Inn
Beach Towels – Towels are available at the desk. Please try to leave most of the sand at the beach and return the towels to hamper located in our lobby at the registration guest. Towels that are not returned will incur a $15 charge per missing towel.
Beach Chairs – we have a small handful of beach chairs available on a first come – first served basis. We recommend bringing your own beach chair in the event that we do not have any available.
