A 100% Deposit is required for all reservations.

Pricing: Adults $92.17 per person, including 22% Service Charge & ME State Tax (Base Price $69.95)
Children 12 & Under: $32.88per person, including 22% Service Charge & ME State Tax (Base Price $24.95)

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Included in your buffet ticket price is a 22% service charge that is subject to 8% tax.

The Service Charge is not a gratuity, however it will be distributed to staff according to our pre-established Holiday pay distribution. Any gratuity left the day of the event for beverage service is at your discretion and will be paid to your server per our pre established tip pooling guidelines.

Due to demand for reservations we must adhere to our cancelation policy for special events.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All reservations cancelled 2 or more weeks prior to event are subject to a cancelation fee of $25 for parties of 6 or less and $50 for parties of 7 or more. The balance will be returned to the credit card used to purchase your tickets.
If you should cancel within 2 weeks the cancelation fees apply and your refund will be issued as a York Harbor Inn Gift Certificate that never expires.

Cancelation within 48 hours of event are non- refundable.
